Based on that information, the crate is automatically rotated – or not – ensuring that the process continues without interruption.

In addition to orientation detection, the AI Crate Filter offers extra features that make work easier. Empty crates are identified and automatically removed from the flow, ensuring you don’t lose capacity. Second-grade cucumbers are also detected and sorted out automatically. This results in higher net capacity, a more stable system, and less manual work for your team.
The AI Crate Filter ensures that crates in both lengthwise and widthwise orientation can be processed without stopping. This is ideal if you have multiple departments with different planting schedules.
