High‑performance automatic labeling
The LR1500 was developed in direct collaboration with multiple growers. They had a clear request: a robust machine that is easy to operate and integrates seamlessly into existing workflows. No overly complex technology, just a solution that runs reliably and immediately saves labor hours.
With a capacity of 1,500 labels per hour, the LR1500 delivers top performance within a compact and well‑organized system. Up to five label magazines can be connected, allowing multiple product grades to be labeled simultaneously. Ideal for automatic packaging and stacking of various product groups.
The LR1500 automatically recognizes commonly used crates such as IFCO, EPS, and Schiphorst, making it widely applicable across the horticulture sector. Its modular design makes it suitable for new lines as well as easy to integrate into existing setups. It also pairs seamlessly with other NEXT solutions, such as the palletiser or our robotic solution. This enables you to build an efficient, future‑proof processing line that fits the way you work.
